A Ritual Beast

This is what I spent most of my summer working on. Figured it's already chilly enough out there to introduce it on the blog.

A little background information. About two years ago Rick Owens came out with this amazing fur hoodie (drkshdw), they had it for sale on oaknyc for about 2k. I wanted something like it, but longer (since the original hit a little below the waist). And then Philip Lim came out with an incredible fur-lined parka for this season. It sold out in a minute from netaporter. Here I present to you a fusion of the two :o). I'm paying homage to master Owens with the dramatic oversized hoodie and the sleek "skinny" sleeves. The hoodie is completely lined with fur and best of all - it is reversible. The last two pics are of it worn on the reverse.

I will measure it and list a couple in my Etsy later on today or tomorrow. To give you a general idea, the size is as you see it on the pictures - would fit a Small and a Medium.
