Well embarrassingly enough, it's been three months since I've done a post. I was so excited about starting this blog. As most of us in the fashion blogosphere, I am very passionate about.. well sharing my passion. The problem is, I tried to be very thorough. With every post I did, I tried to make a point, tried to make it complete, professional. It took lots and lots of time. At times it felt futile, and the entire effort made me feel very restricted, almost like having a job that I HAD to do every morning. Funny, I know. At the same time, writing about fashion, fashion as a philosophy, doing the research and keeping up with everyone else's blogs is for me, something very fulfilling and educational. I have missed that.
I've been getting my sitemeter report every week, and surprisingly enough even though I haven't written a word for a while there are about 40 people who stop by my page every day. So I've resolved to find the balance that would keep me going, and won't obliterate my desire to do a post when what I want to share doesn't happen to be terribly profound.
